on personal health, energy, and emotional needs. The program confronts
teen dieting, body shape preoccupation, and eating disorders. Designed

health services settings. HUGS provides resources to become a certified
facilitator for the teen program. The teen program package includes
a facilitator's manual and props, teen and parent support materials,
concept cookbook, and the book about how to live a diet-free lifestyle.
