We invite IACM members to join the Electronic Forum/List Serve. The purpose of IACM’s list serve is to promote discussion and information exchange among members of the Association. The list serve is intended to provide a forum for debating and receiving feedback about research, promoting awareness of upcoming publications, conferences and calls-for-papers, and as a general resource for obtaining hard-to-find information. You can share your comments, opinions, concerns or questions and get better acquainted with other IACM members, or you can simply "listen in" to conversations. This is an "opt-in" listserve and there is no requirement to join. Furthermore, at this time there are no daily digests available.

There are several ways to subscribe to the IACM forum or listserve. The easiest is usually through the form in this page. In case this does not work, you will find instructions for subscribing through E-mail. You will also find how to send messages to the group, and how to cancel your subscription. This network is managed as a public service of the University of California.

I. Subscribing to IACM through this form:

Fill out the following form and click on subscribe.
  1. First Name:

  2. Last Name:

  3. e-mail address (all lowercase please):

II. Subscribing to IACM through E-mail:

All messages to "listproc," such as this one, are sent with the "subject" or "re[garding]" line blank. In the main message write: "sub IACM yourfirstname yourlastname" (without the quotes).

For example, if your name is Cristina Encina, and your E-mail is Cristina.Encina@BarrosNegros.cl
you would subscribe as follows:

 To: listproc@ucdavis.edu
 Re:
 ______________________

 sub IACM Cristina Encina

 --

(Add this "--" in case the computer adds a signature to your E-mails.)

You may subscribe through your regular E-mail or, if your computer will permit it, may do it here: listproc@ucdavis.edu.

III. Sending a message to the IACM forum (once you have subscribed)

Next time you check your E-mail, you will receive a subscription acknowledgment. You will then be able to send your messages directly to the forum or correspond with individual members. Direct your messages to the network to: "IACM@ucdavis.edu" (without the quotes). When sending messages to the group it is important to include a short summary statement in the "subject" o "re[garding]" line.

For example:

 To: iacm@ucdavis.edu
 Re: negotiation strategies
 ______________________

I found an excellent paper on negotiation strategies...

IV. Canceling your subscription:

 To: listproc@ucdavis.edu
 Re:
 ______________________

 unsubscribe iacm

If you have any questions, please contact Gregorio Billikopf at the University of California, at gebillikopf@ucdavis.edu.
